PETALING JAYA: As applications open for the Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M), the Finance Ministry has warned the public against being taken in by bogus websites.
Applicants are warned against providing personal information to fake sites such as http://brim-hasil.net/ and https://www.facebook.com/BR1M3/.
It said the one and only official portal for BR1M applications is https://ebr1m.hasil.gov.my.
Fresh applications and updates for BR1M 2017 would be accepted from yesterday until Dec 31. - Thestar
